Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we have implemented the following cancellation policy for our vacation home rentals.

• To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
• Guest will receive a 50% refund if canceled between 7 and 30 days before check-in.
• No refund will be given if canceled less than 7 days before check-in.
• Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.

Please note that the cancellation policy applies to the total booking amount and any associated fees. We recommend considering travel insurance to safeguard your trip in case unforeseen circumstances arise.
