Originally a 320-square-foot cabin, the home has been thoughtfully expanded using century-old reclaimed wood from the Salt Lake railroad trestle. This historic timber frames the home’s unique character, visible in the custom cabinetry, flooring, and architectural details throughout.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS — A UNIQUE SETUP TO KNOW
This property is wonderfully unique, and we want to make the sleeping layout easy to understand:

Main House:
• Large primary bedroom with a king bed
• Upstairs loft with a twin bed (note: low ceiling height in the loft)

Cabin #1:
• King bed
• Running sink available (no full bathroom)

Cabin #2:
• Queen bed on the main level
• Cozy loft bed accessible by ladder (smaller than a queen, perfect as a sleeping nook)
• No running water

Guests in the cabins share full bathrooms located in the main house, providing a great balance of privacy and convenience for your group.

ALL-SEASON COMFORT & ACCESSIBILITY
Stay warm in winter with propane heaters and park easily in the covered two-car garage. Summer guests will love the outdoor shower by Cabin #1—a refreshing and unique mountain touch. The main house is wheelchair-friendly, making this retreat accessible to all.
